Kim Delaney has won Emmy Awards for her role as the character Detective Diane Russell. The most notable role she has played is her role on All My Children Philly CSI: Miami, Army Wives. As the sole daughter to a senior executive of the United Auto Workers and a housewife, Delaney had a family of four brothers. While she had a childhood goal of becoming journalist, it was not until the time of her high school days when Delaney started modeling. When she moved away from New York City and gaining an experience working with commercials and commercials in New York did she achieve her dream of becoming aspiring court reporters. In 1981, she starred as an innocent teenager in the film All My Children. Delaney's career has been filled with a variety of television shows and dramas.
