Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor as well as a producer. She has won many acting awards and is one of the top-paid actors. Anushka made her debut as a model in the year 2017 to model for Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week. He picked her as his finale model of the collection for Spring/Summer 2007. The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared with Shahid Kapoor, Vi Das Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 film "Badmash Company". The movie received mixed critiques. Anushka played a role in a film named Band Baaja Baaraat, starring Ranveer who played an American Punjabi girl from middle class, who establishes her wedding planning business. The film was well-received and was later a sleeper. Anushka's contract to make three films under Yash Raj Films was completed with Band Baaja Baaraat.
